How to use:

Light the end of the bundle, flutter it briefly so that the flame goes out and the bundle continues to smoulder.

Perform the smudge ceremony in the way you know with this smouldering bundle.

This can be by going from top to bottom of the entire auric body or walking counter clockwise through the (living) space that you want to purify. Ventilate well.

At the end of the session or ceremony, you can extinguish the bundle again (check that it is actually out) and save it for next use.
