This challenge is for you:
This challenge is for both people who are new into drinking cacao, meditation and the elements and for those who are already familiar with it but want to deepen their connection.
You need only some ceremonial cacao paste (around 200 g for the whole challenge) and every day 20 – 30 minutes to do the challenge at your own time and in your own space.
The 5 day elemental cacao challenge is from Monday 22nd of August until Friday 26th of August.
